Day 9 - Carthage, TX

So, on this day, I (Greg) graduated from Temple with an MA. I obviously wasn't home for the commencement, so it didn't even feel real. My friend was nice enough to text me some pictures of the booklet!

My name is in there which is a good sign. Congrats everyone!

Anyway, this was the most uneventful day of our trip so far. We called this a recovery day! We did laundry and rested. We're still a little sore from kayaking!

Drying our socks because some jerk took our stuff out of the only dryer while it was still wet even though we had just checked on it 5 minutes before and when we were waiting for the dryer we paid to run someone else's clothes again because their's was still wet and we really didn't have to do that but karma was not our friend so anwyay we are about ready to give them the stink eye
