Day 53 - Jackson and Grand Teton National Park

Only one hour out, we had plenty of time to explore Jackson, WY and Grand Teton National Park. Jackson is a town located just south of the Tetons. It is a really nice (expensive!) place with a cute town square. We had a great time taking a ski lift up Snow Mountain for some incredible views!

We later drove right into the park, spending some time at various lakes. Unfortunately, it's difficult to spend a whole lot of time at these lakes during this time of year because of the mass of mosquitos. We made the best of it, to say the least!

We left the park late in the evening to stay at a lodge in Dubois, Wyoming. Oh, and we watched Kindergarten Cop. What a timeless classic!

  1. Scary ski lift ride. Bull antlers? "Schwartzenegger time" sounds dirty. (I mean I get Kindergarten Cop, but still)
