Day 14 - Banff National Park and Yoho National Park

We checked out of our Canmore hotel in anticipation of two days of camping at Lake Louise. In the morning, we explored the town of Canmore (while the shops were open) and had some breakfast. It's really a great town! It is similar to Banff but definitely chiller! Then we drove around and did a couple of hikes, which each took about two hours. Our eyes and legs were tired by the end of the day! But it was well worth it. Wapta Falls in Yoho, especially, was one of the most spectacular formations we've ever seen. So big and mighty! And it was not crowded at all. We are starting to learn just how many people want to see these parks. The first hike we did, Johnston Canyon, was packed!

After hiking, we grabbed some dinner by a restaurant near our campground and then passed out at our campsite!
